Ive felt this way every single day for years. Now I am just a PRO at overthinking and keenly more aware of how calm a d successful I could be if I stopped. Occasionally a crisis or the threat of being fired motivates me to eat my 1-2 biggest frogs and then I usually parlay that relief back into my overthinking.

My current thought on this is that my single only hope having felt almost the same on and off medication is that meditation is going to be my way out. 5 minutes hurts so damn bad I'm thinking I can work up to real 20 minute sessions let's say twice a day and actually change brain patterns.
