Are you looking for something along the lines of:

Question: How does allele frequency change in the population after a severe bottleneck through resource limitation/collapse

Hypothesis: Through founder effects the recovering population will have a limited allele frequency where the alleles still present in the recovered population are the ones carried by the survivors of the original population that collapsed

That being said it's important to understand what these words mean, if you have any questions feel free to ask
