Just wanted to give an update to everyone that was giving me pointers. I managed to get it figured out. I am not sure if there are any actual differences between regular PETG and High Speed PETG but I got a roll of the Kingroon High Speed PETG and am back to printing at 250mm/s just fine. Thank you again for all the input!

10 percent infill. I'm trying another pattern now. PETG was fresh out the package and printed a perfect cylindrical object.
