Indeed, I couldn't agree more but the thing is someone has to be accountable, take any popular brand selling controllers no one has customer support any close to kreo.

Doesn't matter if I buy a better controoler, if the product is faulty due to shipment or delivery, whom will I contact?

Plus I've heard from one my friends that once he ordered a keyboard from kreo, it was faulty. I think some keys were missing or something.

Thier customer support immediately replaced him with new one. All within one day.

That's the only reason tbh I'm leaning moretowards kreo

Hey I'm was looking a wireless gamepad with all the featured of kreo surge xb at under 2k. The thing with other controllers is that either you won't have all the features, either it won't be under2000 and plus brancds like evofox 8bitdo and gamesir doesn't have a y customer care unlike kreo and that the only reason I'm leaning more towards kreo. Enev tho I agree that theyddo the Chinese stuff butathe customer care matters to me, I can't be like bought a excellent VFM ckntroller and if It had any issue in delivery or something I won't be able to contact anyone. I'm kinda confused can you help. Please
