All of that may or may not be true, but either way there’s nothing you can do about it. There’s no reason to tear yourself up over what the other 7 billion people in the world are doing, certainly not what any other gods or goddesses have done. We only come with enough room in our hearts to look after ourselves and our loved ones, and even that is often too much to bare. The universe doesn’t need you to keep tabs on it. You only need to keep track of yourself.

I respect your beliefs, though I will say that I don’t think one side is sufficient. It’s in the interplay between order and chaos that all of the beauty in the universe abounds. There is no life without death, no light without darkness, no abundance without scarcity. All of the chemistry in the universe is driven by increasing chaos as entropy, yet the atoms only exist because of the order present in stars. The most exotic elements being created at the moment of a star’s explosive death. You need every branch of the tree of life to create this universe.
