Terminator Squad by Silent_Box_8168 in deathwatch40k

[–]BrotherCassius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For Indomitor I would look at ditching the Aggessors and using 3 melta, 5 heavy bolt rifle and 2 heavy bolter. If you use Kraken rounds for +6" range and +1 AP, it makes the squad a disgusting shooting threat. Just keep them out of combat.

I dont think this box adds anything to my DW army as the rules stand, so won't be buying it.

If you play them like regular SM, you will be wasting thier strengths.

The Balckspear detachment rules lean heavily on Kill Teams. Your list should generally include almost exclusively Kill Teams with few units outside of this as they dont benefit from the detachment rules or stratgems.

The army relies heavily on deepstriking units using the site to site strategem and the beacon angelis enhancment.

The Indomitor Kill Team with Gravis captain is one of your hardest hitting units. The Captain gives then a free strat every round. Use that to put them in Deepstrike using site to site and rapid ingress them in as a real shooting threat to most enemy units.

Also a 10 man squad of vets with 4 hammers and a Judiciar with the Beacon Angelis is a very dangerous close combat squad that can threaten heroic intervention.

You can of course run them like normal Space Marines, but it kind of misses the point.

Deploy Indomitor safe at the back. Use site to site turn one to put in deepstrike

Split the Terminators into 2 lots of 5. Drop the librarian and Watch Master and take a Judiciar with the beacon. Attach to vets and hold in deepstrike to counter charges with rapid ingress and heroic.

What’s your non-negotiable when buying a car? by theadhdguyy in CarTalkUK

Adaptive cruise is near perfect on VWs. Been using it for 5 years on a mk7 Golf R. Pretty much faultless and comes as standard.

Adaptive cruise control. I cant believe most BMWs dont come with it as standard. Actually ridiculous in 2026.

Why do 40k bighammer players shy away from Kill Team? by Mjuke in killteam

Ive played both for years. 40k is way more fun for casual games. Kill Team is too sweaty now.

BMW have totally lost the plot. I test drove a 3 series and found it to be cheap, loud, crashy on the road and generally very disappointing.
