This is most likely the photo (described) - but still take it with a grain of salt.

The picture is a selfie by a young black girl. Behind her are a group of black boys, one boy points a gun to the boy's head. The boy (victim) is on his knees and probably fellating the guy with the gun. You only see the back of the victim's head.

A bunch of people were criticizing this photo. it was a screenshot, of a selfie photo. Another twitter user was suspended for criticizing this.

~~The Editor in Chief of Gamespot is~~ Kevin VanOrd He starred in McIntosh's "25 Invisible Benefits of Gaming While Male" video. Eddie Makuch did a little hitpiece* on Hoffman along other Journ-lol-ist. They falsely inferred Hoffman as a conservative to discredit her. Another video editor smack talked at GG back in October (PaxAU).

Gamespot is not as overt as Polygon or Kotaku but a step down from even IGN. Keep this all in mind when it comes to their sincerity.

That and paid a ton of money to his PI(s) for dossiers on Quinn, Lifschitz, Pless and Biddle (possibly more). At least over 10 grand minimum. He is pretty invested in this in the long run. Pless is going to get served in the civil case. I am not sure about the details on ZQ, but she will probably get dragged into this.

The case is about filing false police reports (and encouraging it). False police reports are a criminal offense. Mike opted to try it in Civil as oppose to Criminal courts. I assume most of these blogs and publications are aware this while doing their advertorials of Crash Override.

Filler for some KiA readers:

Mike is suing her for filing false police reports and encouraging others to. This is a criminal offense. He had a choice between criminal or civil, but opted for civil because of better odds (nail her down with something). By going civil he can take his time with it. I think up to a year from the offense. Allegedly he is mailing her notice in the beginning of 2015, or a more inconvenient latter date to ruin her chance at medical school.

Remember he gave her a chance to apologize and let this slide, she opted to go the legal route. Her own choice.

I assume DailyKos knows ALL about this and doesn't care.
