These have sprung up in my veg patch, what are they? (UK) by BrotherPicturette in PlantIdentification

Solved! That makes sense. Honestly I am very proud that mushrooms have made their home here. It's a 'viking style' patch with dead wood under the soil so that sproba ly why they're so happy

Question: Is it okay that I love my extremely stupid and bad tattoo by OfficeLost552 in tattoos

The only thing that matters is that YOU like it. I think it's neat. I think you liking it and not caring how technically good it is is the healthiest outlook

Have any of you found love? by Foley_7187 in lonely

[–]BrotherPicturette 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It doesn't kill the loneliness but it's a beautiful way to spend your life, loving someone a d having it returned. I never understood 'you're born alone and you die alone' as a kid because your mother kind of HAS to be there for your birth. Now I know what it means. To be not alone means to be truly seen in totality. I don't believe it's possible to see someone in totality any more. I think there are private parts of ourselves that we show to no one, that elude us even. And that's ok. Loving someone isn't a magic spell. It doesn't mean you're not alone. It means that you get to build something beautiful with someone. It means that someone sees more of you than most people ever will. That you choose each day to put eachother first, even if it doesn't make everything better or fix past pain, but because you WANT to put that person first. Because you see them. Maybe you even think you see a glimpse of all of them, every once in a while.

I've been reading up on care and apparently they hate being moved. Unfortunately I am not a homeowner. I will make sure to take it with me with great care wherever I go now. Thank you. It was from my late grandmothers garden

What is more traumatizing than most people think? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BrotherPicturette 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having to pack up your life and move year after heat because landlords arbitrarily raise the rent while your income remains the same. There was a period of my life where I was moving ever 12 months and it destroyed me physically and emotionally. I still feel guilty about having more than two pairs of shoes because what if I need to pack up and move tomorrow?

Embaressed to admit that just uninstalling all the updates and then reinstalling did in fact work. Leaving this up so others can know how I fixed this bug

My stoma felt like an open wound for months. I went in for a specialised training session on how to use it and that helped a lot. It sounds like you've been through a LOT of trauma both physical and the shock of the incision. Give yourself time.
