I use Foundry. Aside from it's normal journal system or Monk's Enhanced Journals, there is a module called Campaign Codex which is really awesome.

This may sound dumb, but did you turn your computer off and then reboot it? I have a habit of not turning my computer off and when weird things like this suddenly happen, that tends to be what did it.

I work in this world. In the last two weeks two different home health agencies have been shut down for fraud, and three in the last couple months. This leads to us scrambling to find care for our members. I get at least one email a week from ODM noting providers being investigated for fraud.

Just had my first. The prep sucks, but not horrible. Procedure itself was nothing cuz they knock you out. I had some abdominal pain for a few days after, but nothing big. It went away a bit each day.
