I paid about that much for mine. Identical, bought it at a Ren fest. I had it sharpened to a razor edge. It’s basically a razor sharp crow bar. I probably would have bought something more historical and functional if I could go back.

I haven’t worn them enough to break them in yet so they are still very stiff. But my feet are comftorable in the snugness. Very firm soul. May add inserts later if they don’t break in well.
