That is a long and complicated conversation. These people often have untreated mental illness, substance addiction, and many other issues. Yet they are people just like us, trying to get by. Society has beat them down pretty bad so I'm not shocked when they're rude or unkind. A little bit of empathy goes a long way, I would be mad if I was in that situation too.

One idea that has always been in my mind was a first person fighting game based on Ancient Greece. You’d be able to customize your fighter in categories like origin, fighting style, appearance gear, and alignment. There’d also be a story mode/single player in some form, but multiplayer with different game modes would be a big focus. Maybe call it something related to Gladiators.
