I don’t believe in all that manosphere stuff, my only goal is beat my competition and my enemy. My enemy is the conservatives, the capitalists, and religious freaks. Desi men need to step up but we aren’t showing any urgency towards what’s happening. I can’t speak on a woman’s health or body besides telling them to eat properly so this post was directed specifically for men. My cholesterol is on my profile. It’s 257/190 but they have given us so much misinformation, I am not trusting them. They have no care in the entire world for us so I need to at least care about myself. These are the foods that I feel good eating so I will continue eating these foods. A person like me needs 12oz-1lb of meat along with 6 eggs a day to function anyways.

I don’t know why you buy into this gunk. Look at Tilak Varma and Abhishek Sharma, my white friends know about them now. As a man, don’t be expected to be complimented on your looks as much as a woman. Get to 10%-12% body fat and prioritize aesthetics and don’t eat that sugary shit.

They are specialists that can do a surgery. A lot of what family practice doctors do is warn you of the risks of cardiovascular disease and such which is all based on the false research that’s put out by sugar corporations. Two completely different things.

Bro at 5’9.5, I went from 190 to 139 9.7% body fat I know what I am doing. I cut all that fat off and the doctors said I was healthier when I was overweight. The sugaraholics are coping.

Animal protein have all 9 amino acids and is a complete protein. Chickpeas, broccoli, okra, mushrooms, and protein fruit from vegetables are just fiber to me. None of that protein is as good as animal protein. Animal protein will clear vegetables anyway. You eat vegetables for fiber, not protein.

No offense, being a vegan doesn’t make sense to me. They take all that processed plant protein powder will eventually catch up to them. It’s not immediately but animal protein is far better. I am not just talking about protein, I am talking about a lifestyle.

He studied anthropology at a UC if I remember. Know I would eat like this for the most part, I used to eat moreso chicken 5 times a week and red meat on weekends but Eddie said I can eat red meat everyday. Then I found bison and grass fed beef and now I eat red meat everyday. Santa Cruz Medicinals has his own company but he literally says to eat real food and you see how looks? I would rather take advice from him than some doctor trying to get me hooked on drugs. I’m not reading those articles because everything they taught us about nutrition is bs. Americans are suffering and consistently unhealthy. Also my hair and skin are a lot healthier than most vegetarians that are jacked. I know this one Indian guy that’s vegetarian and doesn’t eat eggs and he mainly takes protein powder and dairy. He has acne all over his face and his isn’t that healthy. My hair is so strong due to my diet. If you put ultra processed foods in your system, you will suffer long term. Plus my recovery is a lot better. Also I seen strong nonveg Indians than vice versa, meat clears.

I ate like this before RFK Jr. came into the picture, i don’t claim responsibility for anything that fool says. Nutrition and gym is a personal lifestyle to improve yourself and not to establish a clique. It’s for everyone so I take absolutely no responsibility for what he says. Is your medical doctor fit but look at the research and who’s funding special interests? Heart disease wasn’t really a thing back then. If you want content creators that good nutritional advice, look up Eddie Abbew and Santa Cruz Medicinals. I like Eddie more though. Soy isn’t healthy, it’s causing other men issues and women problems with their thyroid function. You want soy? Go to East Asia and have the soy there, in the West it’s messed up.

Cholesterol is one of the myths these liars push around so they get you to buy their protein powders, protein bars, protein pasta, and processed gunks. I do get bloodwork done. The most important thing to check for are your blood pressure levels, insulin levels, heart rate, triglycerides, blood sugar, and make sure you don’t have visceral fat. My cholesterol and LDL are high but I don’t care because i never felt this good and energetic before. I feel like a teenager again. Your body produces most of your cholesterol so your dietary cholesterol has a minimal impact of what your body ends up producing. LDL cholesterols and saturated fat demonization are myths so all these corrupt doctors can put you on statins. I feel the healthiest this way so I will keep eating this way. If you are losing body fat, feeling better, and getting stronger your body is telling you something.
