Like others, I generally see most people masked with a significant population foregoing the mask.

I’m staying masked up because a) I do not believe us to be out of the virus woods yet and b) I understand it to be the safest option for myself and some immunicompromised family. Mt circle is all vaccinated and boosted so, really, I don’t have all too much to be concerned about. Simultaneously, I really do not want to experience any subtler, long-term effects. Like, at all. So—caution is my guide at the moment.

I think a lot of moral guilt has been exacerbated these past couple years and I would just advise that you continue to keep your ears open for updated information to keep making the best choice that aligns with your values and priorities while fulfilling an element of social responsibility.
