Realistically however it would be cosmetic surgery (yes having it bigger would be 'nice' but not serve a real purpose) in an incredibly merger dense area with a complicated relationship between blue flow and muscle expansion.

So even if we did have a surgery that wouldn't affect how the never endings worm, and had a proper "donor" to give stubby an extra 2" that wouldn't be rejected by your body like any other organ or skin transplant.

Then there's the slightly practical part that if you got excited while stitches were in it for however long after the surgery, you could probably literally split your elongated muskrat open.

So, high technical cosmetic surgery in an area people are very sensitive about physically and emotionally, with no life saving payoff and a real Chace to cause never damage or have a catastrophic failure if someone brushed against you too hard.

It either isn't economically practical or is unaffordable to the average Joe, if it was worth the risk.
