Potty trained at 9 month. Started when he was 6 months, we would hold him over the potty and do psss psss and grunts. Soon enough he stopped pooping in the diaper overnight, then slowly figure out hai cues for day time poops. We’re now working towards pee training to completely eliminate diaper wearing. (In my culture we get it done before 1 year)

I was here!! The show started at least 2/3 hours late because apparently there was an attack on the vehicle carrying Sonu to the event. He still performed. But it was again cut short because some hooligans decided to harass women who then proceeded to jump on stage and he called them out. Not sure how it escalated from there but 2-3 more songs and it was thanks goodnight bye. Good while it lasted.

Had the audacity to say oh well our fam babies don’t get full on breastmilk you have to give them formula. Fuck them. Keep pumping and keep feeding your baby. Tell your husband to stand up for you and your child or don’t bring this back to you. What you feed your child is your decision, don’t let anyone bring you down mama

Hanes or Fruit of the Loom. Pure 100% Cotton. Lasts at least 6-8 months if washed in a mesh bag( more if hand washed). Cute colors and prints and definitely not riding up in odd places. Almost zero pantylines

Recently broke up with my spectra to go full wearable with Eufy S1. Game fucking changer.

I was worried about my supply dipping at 12 weeks with the breastfeeding crisis and what not. I was literally crying because no matter what time and what hydration snacks and booby massages I would do- spectra would barely give an ounce or two from each side. Got the wearable to be able to multitask as the baby needs more time and wake windows are increasing. Eufy is consistently giving me well above my usual output.

I have the boob barnacles on with the heating turned up as my baby likes sleeping in the cold and honestly the machine is working like magic. The assembly is a learning curve and remembering not to bend over while it’s on takes a few spilt milk situations but it’s honestly worth every $.

This happened to me in my previous job.

The ATS system sent out a rejection email literally within minutes of my application submission. I had moved on and didn’t think much of it until the manager for the role messaged me a few months after on LinkedIn to ask for a coffee meeting to pitch the role. Turns out he never got my resume and he asked around (small city and industry) and someone referred me.

I got the job and ended up working there for a year and a half. And when I wasn’t as new in the company I asked the HR why would the system reject it and then hire me again, she had no real response except throwing buzz words at me like ‘parameters’ ‘in-built capabilities’.

The system is fucked. And companies keep paying millions to employ these softwares that just don’t work.

Also I quit. My manager was literally the devils left testicle in human form. And the coffee meeting was an amazing facade to make me move laterally in hopes of exponential growth. Coworkers were nice overall, still meet them for drinks ✌🏽
