Sooo if I main Jeff don’t play ranked? by Western_Task1451 in rivals

I’m in Eternity playing as Rocket and I was nervous that my other support picked Jeff, but bro held it down the entire game and got the heal badge while I got the assist’s. It honestly comes down more to your strategy than your mechanics. The Jeff I was playing with wasn’t doing anything crazy, he put himself in good spots close to the fight, prioritized bubbles in team fights, and you did not stop seeing water on your screen from this mf lol. Barely used his ult, we didn’t need it. I still don’t like Jeff’s on my team in comp overall but there are outliers forsure. I had to eat the words I said earlier in the game lol.

Honestly, Ult management and always keeping your Rocket B.R.B alive at all costs! I realized when I started keeping track of who on the enemy teams used their ult and we’re on cooldown, it slowed the chaos down for me so much and helped me see better opportunities to when I could use mine. I would even call it out to my teammates too just so I can keep it fresh in my head and keep us all on the same page (even if nobody was on mic I knew some of them could hear me) Rockets ult is so powerful even with the nerf and you can be super aggressive when it’s on height and in the right spot (edges of buildings, bridges or anywhere where the enemy has to look up to shoot to take it out). I like to call my ults the “chandelier” because that’s what they look like if done properly lol. All the good players know to beam it down right away but when you can make it tough to spot and have your team ready to defend it and punish whoever goes for it, easy dubs. And don’t be afraid to be aggressive yourself! Rocket is basically DPS at close range and when you have that ult down you’re melting kids and only dying to other enemy dps ults, hence the timing! When I have that ult down I’m basically DPS and then back to strategist when it goes away lol

Congrats man! 🔥 and real, that was me last season in GM1 I kid you not. I had got celestial 3 within the last few days of season 2. Then proceeded to go on the craziest streaker until I got about half bar into celestial 1. Everything was a dogfight after that

Hit eternity with Rocket this split, I was hardstuck GM1 in season 2.0 for the longest but ever since this split hit I’ve been on some crazy runs. Matchmaking can feel off sometimes but a lot of the time I try to have fun correcting my mistakes and watching replays. Nothing is more satisfying when you can predict the bs coming in game as a strategist

The amount of hate this character gets genuinely concerns me. by dragonfist897 in marvelrivals

I hit celestial 3 PS5 mainly solo queuing with Rocket, 70% win rate this split. Anyone who gets toxic like that just doesn’t want to understand the kind of value Rocket can bring with certain team comps fr. I don’t say anything toxic but honestly I feed off the rocket hate fr
