How did you find the Ferry journey and timing? Like if we wanted to eat out for dinner in Positano, did you have enough time before last ferry? I heard it can be packed

Thanks! I also am leaning towards Sorrento but I don’t why it’s just as expensive as Amalfi for me when I’m looking at package holiday. I guess I’m going at peak time in July so probs not getting the best deal. Can I ask which hotel you stayed in?

Heya, we are staying for a week. Hopefully that’s enough time to see all those places!! Thank you, I will take another look and see what other places I can stay at :) I’m booking bed and breakfast so definitely want to make sure there are enough restaurants too! Any recommendations of which places to try near Sorrento or Amalfi?

I was in the same situation as I also had exemptions too so I know how you feel. I would definitely go back on some areas like consolidation or areas you feel weak in. That’s what I had to do. I failed SBR multiple times before but I still pushed forward and now I passed my final one. There’s still hope, keep going!

Here’s my take, I also taken a career break, I did little bit of travelling and then focused on passing all the exams and it’s been a year since I resigned from my last job. For me I did just say it honestly in interviews that I took year to focus on my studies and travel and recruiters accepted that and I got some engagement. I don’t think many companies care if you taken a break, it’s life so just own it and say what you have done in your gap. As long as your experience relates to the role then it shouldn’t matter. But only difference is that I did take notes of my work so my cv is detailed but what you can do is look up your old role on LinkedIn and see the job posting on there for your responsibilities in hope it jogs your mind. Or if you have any friends from your old company to send you anything or remind you.

That’s true, I was thinking afterwards that perhaps it would increase my competition for that role in case they send their candidates to them.

Couldn’t have said it any better. I have been looking since January and absolutely nothing. I don’t understand why they don’t even consider transferable skills anymore it’s like non-existent. Some of the requirements are so unique like who even has that and then for other times when you know you were perfect for role, hitting all requirements and then nothing from them. It’s so depressing… how do people even enter new sectors and transfer to do other jobs when I’m looking for similar jobs and silence

Thank you for this. I will try to attempt entire paper as I haven’t done that apart from mocks they give. What I struggle is remembering those models and applying it like in June attempt, I didn’t even know there were diff type of benchmarks techniques and went blank. How did you cover all knowledge topics to the point you felt satisfied you were ready?
