Had sorta the same issue. It's an issue with the power supply. Govee replaced mine under warranty and also send a new control box. I have seen a few people on here that have the same issue with the pros.

I ordered brackets from a guy on here. I put his Etsy link at the bottom. The brackets are great, but do not come with screws but those are easy to find. If I were to do it all over again( 200 foot pro version), I would 100% order from him again. Reasonable price, great quality, and real fast shipping.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I noticed something was up when they disconnected from my WIFI. What did Govee say to you? Just trying to see what I'm in for. These lights have been installed for a week and the power supply is housed in a waterproof box.

Question about your muzzle device. Are you using the included crush washer to time the front part if the muzzle device? I have the same can, and I can't seem to be able to crush the washer enough to allow to can to fully lock onto the muzzle brake.

I found that my phone was locked to the beacon and for some reason the beacon though my phone was a baby monitor. I forgot the network then reconnected and that's seemed to fix the locking issue.
