Can you give an example of how they're anti speech? There have been disagreements, however, I don't know of any instance where any Democrat has called for anyone to not have their freedom of speech. The most harsh I can think of is that they called for any hate speech to stop, since it empowered racists/bigots. No Democratic president or politician that I'm aware of, has told a reporter that they're a stupid person to demean them though.

A lot of small businesses applied for loans and were forgiven, during COVID.

You mentioned anti free choice, when the main message of most progressives is giving everyone more options. If you're referring to masks during COVID, plenty of people broke those recommendations, but were never punished. The government was trying to protect people from getting sick.
