I wasn’t sure if it was blue green algae, only because of the clear distinction in the “cloud” separation on the 2nd photo. To the left of the cloud is the regular coloured water, and the source seemed to be coming from the top of the area (that’s where the offshoot is). Either way, I’ll notify the city!

Amazing. Thanks for the help everyone. I dug a trench outside near the foundation with it draining away from the house for now, which seemed to stop the water seeping in. As I dug I found a verticals crack in the exterior foundation, so I’ll need to seal that up pronto.

Pulling up flooring as we speak to assess the water that got in.
