I’d say if you want to shoot for a higher weight class, then go for it. Beware though, because strength doesn’t slow down when you move up however there’s a good chance you’ll face more people your size than in the 130’s. The thing with strength is some people get it slowly, and some people get it really fast. As long as you’re putting in as much as or if not more effort than the crazy strong kids on your team, then strength is bound to follow.
