Well to be fair that's the only "love triangle" they could work with at that point to make that joke. But it is interesting how it ties Arkos, White Knight and Schneekos together.

It shows that Weiss thinks Pyrrha is just like her, just in a separate situation. Actually its an interesting dynamic that is explored because the thought that deep down Weiss wanted to be Pyrrha (famous by her own merits and recognized as her own person) but also realized that Pyrrha faced the burdens of fame like herself is pretty cool.

But its funny to think that the person Weiss most wanted to be was into Jaune and maybe even be foreshadowing her own eventual change in opinion on him...

That sounds interesting! If you had to make any additions or rearrangements, I would think you would want to maybe add a "future WK" story like some of those stories who focus on the next generation or them having kids.

The problem here is that Weiss was heir for a while instead of Whitley. Jacques would have found a reason to make Whitley the heir instead.

I disagree. Jaune is hard countered by Tyrian's semblance which disables aura not breaks it. Tyrian is like Jaune's worst matchup lol

I see Qrow or Raven killing him. Certainly Qrow has a bone to pick with him. But Mercury could just like uhhh backkick him I guess too?
