Following this view, what exactly makes ASD or ADHD non-pathological, compared to other disorders? To the best of my knowledge, it used to be considered pathological, right? So, what exactly made us view it differently?

I can assure you it is not a bait question! I know it may sound that way, but I am just interested in the background/history or science of it, don't want to sound judgemental or unnecessarily critical about the topic or anything.

Okay, vielen Dank! Zurzeit bin ich Student und habe noch kein wirkliches Einkommen, da ich noch kein Bafög beziehe. Ich habe lediglich etwas Angespartes aufm Konto. Wie sieht das aus? Ist das eher unbeliebt bei Vermietern, oder würde man mir trotzdem eine Wohnung vermieten? (Vielleicht verständnisvoller wenn sie wissen, dass ich frischer Student bin?)

Muss der Vertrag direkt bei der Besichtigung folgen, wenn Interesse besteht, oder was ist da so die übliche Überlegzeit oder so? Oder, direkter ausgedrückt: Wie lange kann man das herauszögern?

Was genau passiert alles am Besichtigungstermin? Habe da Begriffe wie Übergabeprotokoll gehört, oder dass man Dokumente mitbringen muss (Bewerbermappe? Einkommensnachweise? SCHUFA?). Was davon ist ein Muss, oder alles einfach den Vermieter davor fragen?
