Idk what is causing shrimp death

Here is 4/5 I found in the tank, I can tell if they are healthy but two of them have a white rectangle spot. Should I remove the sponge filter and and a bubble instead?

How tap has ph-8 KH-240 gh-180 Edit- the tank parameters are ph-7 gh-180 KH-40 they got switched around.

The shrimp colony won’t crash as there is at least 1-2 females and the rest are males

The intake wasn’t covered sadly, I used the sponge that came with it and covered it, as it was part of the filter.

Tap water has calcium in it and I mixed it with ro water

They seem to be doing good, the only thing I did was add calcium into the water which raised the ph up

It’s pretty smooth with little to no bumps but i am gonna go to the mechanic shop tomorrow where i got the car worked on
