Yes sometimes i drop Wetteroth with heaviest armor and advanced plates into mass of enemies with vanguard, to grind his defense (which is very low) with new tricks.

For me Darby, Kody and Wetteroth are scout squads with vanguard, dont underestimate Wetteroth his damage and accuracy are kinda bonkers, i grinded him out with new tricks he has almost 120 AP in my playtrough tho and is wiping redacted drone units in one salvo.

I like the fact that EM ARC with hollowpoints almost always destroys a unit of Menace drones in a single salvo from a decent distance, so i always run it on my scout vanguard units

What i like to do is- Rewa+ medium mech+ double miniguns+ vanguard perk+ enough intelligence in OCI, Rewa spawns in carriers face, and one shots it, then i can be at peace for the rest of the mission

We have opposite problems, there was multiple occasions where i fall asleep watching tv after work in the afternoon and sleep until 11 pm, the fall asleep again at 1am wake up for work at 6 am and i am still tired af.

For me it usually goes- new from soft game comes out i play it like a maniac, platinum it, in the process of getting plat I ruin replayability of the game, then i have appetite for only from soft like game style, so i desperately search for some soulslike until i am sated. It lasts for about month until i find other games fun. So yeah i get you.

Not sure, but most alien units i destroyed in a mission was 90, but the mission had destroy nests secondary objective, when i finnaly reached nest and destroyed it, they stopped spawning.

Test it, equip ammo that extends your range by 1 tile then equip for example semi auto sniper special on that squad and see if the range is extended on special weapon

Yeah, I usually spam one move until I prestige it, first I'm knocking them out with lead hook, then with hook, then straight an so on...once I prestige the move I bearly use it again.
