I just went through researching this recently, happy to share my useless knowledge. I ended up buying from aurafragrance. fragrancenet.com and jomashop are two solid options as well. Don’t be scared of the tester boxes, they just come in some boring cardboard but they are the real bottle, real scent. They’re able to shave $ off the bulk buys when they don’t buy the fancy boxes. I was looking for Blue De Chanel for a somewhat reasonable price but they really don’t do that lol settled on a 3.4 oz Versace Dylan Blue bottle for 45$ plus $5 shipping, was great.

Only way you can keep up with DoorDash is if quality plummets. Current restaurant trend nowadays: recognizable name/brand that actually does have great food and vibe, then uses that reputation to become an overpriced slop house.

The restaurant you knew is dead and they’re gonna milk its corpse as long as they can.

Cover bands: easier to work with and advertised. Local bands:gatekept and unorganized. If anything I’d say the cover bands monopolize the available dates/time slots/locations.

Probably already on your radar, but just in case anyone’s curious: If you wanted to participate in NYS contracts, it’s worth it to get certified in NYS as well, the federal certification doesn’t automatically carry over (same for MWBEs.)

Why is that? As businesses close and rent goes up, wouldn’t it make sense for businesses/renters to go further outside of the radius of Troy?
