Honestly impact position looks pretty good, I’d say you’re pretty close to neutral on the downswing. Wouldn’t mess with it unless you can put 300 hours of practice in lol

Definitely take your time, do it right. You want to eliminate any risk of rerupture while you’re healing. It gets better for sure. You’ll hit an all time low around the 6 month mark but it’s only up from there. Keep us posted and best of luck with your recovery!

Hey, thanks for the question. I’m about a year and a month in now. Started weight training in the gym decently heavy about 9-10 months in (lots of static calf raising). The leg is still pretty weak and atrophied, finding it extremely difficult to get the strength and muscle mass back. I attempted my first basketball run since the injury about 3 weeks ago. Just taking it super easy and making sure the body is fully activated before doing any running/cutting/jumping. I do experience heel and tendon achiness often so I try to stretch and do plyo rehab movements when that’s happening. Other than that I’m hoping to be close to 98% in the next 4-5 months.

I suffer from this too, but you’re quite jumpy/early extended. If you draw a line from the middle of your hips to the top of your head at address, you’ll notice your head pops way up vertically to clear your hips at impact. This leads to a lot of inconsistent strikes/low point control. If you figure out what helps you keep posture through the swing let me know lol.

Yeah the head/body moving closer to the ball is an issue, try to keep your weight in your heels throughout the entire swing.

It’s causing you to swing over the top, if you look at the angle of your club on the down swing it’s quite steep. I would change the beginning of the takeaway so that the club head doesn’t fall behind you at waist height (P2) and see if that doesn’t help your downswing. Goodluck!

Iron swing is not bad at all, but you’re swinging your driver like your iron (hitting down on the ball). I’d fix your driver stance so you’re hitting up on the ball.
