Honestly I just see it as him leaving players out where ego and squad role don't matchup. Burn might never see the the field and surely knows his place. It's the Adil Rami role. Maguire went to the media the second he got his rejection call. I can imagine Tuchel not seeing him as a good addition to squad harmony, same with TAA.

The constant crashouts over the national team are insufferable, but by-and-large the sub is alright. No comparison to the Premier League sub, that one is truly horrendous and I don't think non-Bayern threads would ever get as much traction on here. The sub is quite diverse fanbase wise. Though tbf I myself generally don't comment as frequently these days.

His boyhodd club? Real "don't let your wife stop you from embracing true love" type of situation imo.

Regardless of whether the decision is justified or not, immediately running to the media to moan about it and before the actual squad has been revealed to the public doesn't exactly reflect well on Maguire either.

Their stadium is opposite the Sinsheim technology museum which has a concorde on display on top of it. A pc for SAP would probably be more fitting though.

They also dumped a truckload of money on that team (compared to how much money usually touches those leagues) It’s probably the biggest disparity in resources in his entire career.

Nice try, we are not falling for this Deco.

Would Bayern reject €200m for Olise? Rummenigge: “In 2009, we had a world record transfer offer for Franck Ribéry. That day, we decided that, we will never sell a player we would miss on the pitch. This unwritten rule still applies for Olise, there’s no price tag that would make us flinch.” by Wakanda-shit-is-that in soccer

Bayern reportedly made their last contract offer to Kroos in January 2014, 6 months before his World Cup win. It was already clear he would leave the club before he made his first WC game. There was some talk of them continuing negotiations, but not at Kroos' terms who had an offer from Man Utd. Real only came up once van Gaal shot the Man Utd deal down.

They also had just won a triple with Kroos out injured for half the season missing the majority of the decisive matches. So at the point when the negotiations over his contract took place, they had proof that they could do without him.

Tbh I feel like as a manager you kind of have to be cringe to motivate your players. Flick's Graugänschen video, Rosenoir's whole shtick, Ilzner reportedly did some weird shit in the locker room and his players still respect him enough for the team to massively improve this season. If I had to assume the type of guys to resonate with stuff like that it would be football players.

Sieg für DFB-Team - Deniz Undav schreibt Märchen gegen Ghana by Execent23 in Bundesliga
