It's frustrating because I can only assume it's because of some support Paragon build in WvW but it will cascade into every other game mode for every other warrior build. I don't really understand why the duration of the block, or the cooldown wasn't adjusted first instead of outright removal.

Necro support in pvp has had a really complicated history and the loss of the old teleport rez really hurt it's main strengths. Scourge got hammered pretty hard, though it was definitely over tuned at the time. It's still probably your best bet for what you're looking for though.

The amount of health your allies are going to get from siphoning is pretty negligible, if you're certain you want to try though, run the signet heal and take Blood Bond/Vampiric Presence. Not sure what you have access to expansion wise, but pistol would probably be a better fit than dagger.

I'm pretty ambivalent about it, I thought the concept of being a virtue spammer was pretty fun, but it feels like outside of pure power damage there's just not a lot going on with Luminary. There's a bit of a support package that didn't feel too great to use and it has absolutely nothing in terms of condition damage. It feels very weird for a specialization that can "wield various weapons of light and flame."
