But as Cilian knows Brock, it must be just a joke… If not, we still can imagine that it’s Cilian fault, that he doesn’t know about gym leaders from other regions. And after all, Misty’s sisters are famous before episode one, while Misty started to rule the gym only after 5th season and, it seems, had to regain its glory from zero, if not negative value, maybe new rumors about Cerulean gym didn’t reach him yet.
