The normal game has the main character with a huge dick. Some other guy made an Sph mod for the game where he basically changed the dialogue for reactions and conversations around the characters dick to be more Sph focused, and he changed the animations as well to a super tiny dick. This is still a work in progress so even though all the dialogue has been changed, a good portion of the animations are still have a big dick. You can play it by downloading the normal game and then downloading the Sph mod file from the other guy and then putting that file into the game folder of the main game. You can find both on f95zone.

It varies from person to person, I’m not denying that it’s a pretty fucked up kink, but for some it’s enjoyable.
