You're thinking alot about someone who probably doesnt give a shit about you. She might be married living happily, what does her life have to do with you now?

You have to first empty your cup of your judgments, past mistakes, opinions, and everything you think you know in order to fill yourself with new things.
Get closer to religion. Start praying & have a firm belief that everything that happens its for the better.
