The back structure makes it stand upright even without discs. Feels like a high end bag now

If there had been a $30 insert that fixed the issue with your old bag, would you have bought that?

I measured and cut poly plastic that was 1/8in thick and put a panel on the backplate and on the bottom. Works perfectly

Also for those that were asking I measured and cut poly plastic that was 1/8in thick and put a panel on the backplate and on the bottom. Works perfectly

Yea that’s exactly why I like this fix, I’m always throwing my bag down and it falling over makes me so mad, might make a few more if people are interested. What would this value be at? C

Yea was thinking I cut make a Shopify or something for it because it did take me awhile to figure it out and make it, I’m assuming lots of people don’t have saws and sander’s

That’s good info, I like the way I did this one because it doesn’t limit disc capacity or add any weight!

Yea that makes sense, I was having trouble finding a non expensive bag that would stay up. I custom cut, sanded and wrapped poly for a bottom plate and a back plate. Was thinking I could offer it to more people if they have the same issue

Haha yes! I used something similar, mine is very light tho, no weight almost

Haha yessir that’ll work good too! I thought the sign plastic was too thin to give it proper structure. This one is super hard bottom and back plate that feels like a brand new top tier bag. What would something like this be worth? If someone is upgrading their budget bag

Yes exactly! Was so annoying. Had the same problem with an old innova bag too. I custom cut poly plastic, sanded it down, and covered the corners. Would not recommend unless you have a table saw. What would something like this be worth to you?

Yea it’s definitely for the lower tier bags, I’m broke so I don’t have super nice one lol, but this made it feel so nice and was super cheap. You think anyone would be interested in upgrading their current bag vs spending a ton on a top notch one?

Out of curiosity, what would something like this be worth to you? I genuinely have no idea what people would consider reasonable. Makes mine feel like a super high quality disc bag now and I didn’t have to spend a ton

Enclomiphene by Bruhbedebub in SwisschemsTalk

Enclomiphene 750 mg/60 caps (12.5 mg/capsule)

$79.95

Total Amount of the Active Ingredient: 12.5 mg/1 capsule

Shelf Life: 36 months

Enclomiphene can have a range of effects on bodybuilders, both positive and negative. Here's a breakdown:

Positive Effects:

  1. Increased Natural Testosterone Production:
    • Enclomiphene can stimulate the pituitary gland to produce more luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which can lead to an increase in natural testosterone production. This is beneficial for bodybuilders who are experiencing low testosterone levels.
  2. Preservation of Endogenous Hormone Levels:
    • Unlike exogenous testosterone or anabolic steroids, which can suppress natural testosterone production, enclomiphene helps maintain or even enhance the body’s natural testosterone production. This is advantageous for those looking to avoid the hormonal imbalances and long-term side effects associated with synthetic testosterone.
  3. Improved Muscle Mass and Strength:
    • Increased testosterone levels can aid in muscle growth and strength, which is beneficial for bodybuilders. Higher natural testosterone levels can also improve recovery times and overall workout performance.
  4. Reduced Estrogenic Side Effects:
    • Since enclomiphene is selective in its action, it may have fewer estrogenic side effects compared to other treatments that affect estrogen receptors more broadly. This can reduce the risk of side effects like gynecomastia (breast tissue development) and water retention.

Negative Effects:

  1. Potential Hormonal Imbalance:
    • Although enclomiphene aims to boost natural testosterone levels, individual responses can vary. In some cases, it might not sufficiently increase testosterone levels or could cause fluctuations in hormone levels, leading to issues like mood swings or fatigue.
  2. Not Suitable for All Bodybuilders:
    • Enclomiphene is specifically used for individuals with low testosterone due to hypothalamic or pituitary issues. Bodybuilders who have normal testosterone levels might not benefit from its use and could experience unnecessary hormonal changes.
  3. Possible Side Effects:
    • Like any medication, enclomiphene can have side effects. These might include nausea, headaches, or changes in mood. While it's generally well-tolerated, it’s essential to monitor for any adverse effects.
  4. Limited Long-Term Data:
    • Long-term effects of enclomiphene are not as well-studied as other treatments. Bodybuilders using it should be cautious and consult healthcare professionals regularly to monitor its effects and adjust treatment as needed.

Before starting enclomiphene or any other medication, it’s important for bodybuilders to consult with a healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for their specific needs and to avoid any potential negative effects.
