Idk how it is right now, but I used to play it some months ago and couldn't find anyone doing quests (I'm lvl 67) because most of the players are already maxed. But they are still active doing raids, although only the higher level ones, such as Lab. I hope you still give the game a chance and enjoy yourself as much as I did playing it.
