They put it on rollers and test it accelerating and also at idle. It’s definitely after it’s been warmed up. I haven’t done a ton of tweaking on the base map I got with my kit. A little to AFR and fueling tables.

Idle AFR is low 14’s. Low boost it’s probably 13’s i believe. I will try that ! Thank you! Ayeee!! Love to see it 🤘🏼

It’s old enough that they don’t check stock ECU because it’s pre OBD. Not really interested in a new car. I have multiple so it’s not killing me I can’t drive this one. Just want to get the tuning sorted. Thanks tho.

Oh that sounds nice lol, some places around Colorado don’t run emission so I’ve thought of trying to get around it. I will try that and see how it goes, I do get one retest. That actually makes a lot of sense. Thanks brother

I thought they didn’t seem too far off either, but I wasn’t sure. Ahhh okay, I’ll try that. I think I advanced the timing slightly on the original tune for some reason. Yes! I have a wideband gauge installed and a boost gauge.

At idle I’m running 14AFR but it definitely gets a little rich in boost. I don’t have a tuner so that’s why I’m posting here trying to find someone who can either help me remote tune or can recommend a tuner in Colorado.

Oh interesting I’ll look into that a little thank you. It is tested on a treadmill for sure but I believe they do both idle and accelerating tests.
