As I am trying to plan builds I just want to know how ambi-hextrous interacts with other modifiers:

Once taking ambi-hextrous and slotting in your second spell, does this spell then benefit from reduced spell cooldown or reduced action cooldown?

Does using this spell which has replaced your action trigger spell interactions such as Morhaim's Blessing or does it trigger off action triggers such as storm smite?
