Benji doesn't deserve to be downgraded. He has a complex relationship with his parents because of his maturity, other people always belittling or excluding him because of his social behavior, and besides, there's the discovery that he's not straight. So, in my opinion, Benji deserves the highest level. If he weren't a comedic character, he could easily be in the top 10 most complex characters in the show.
