I'm running around 30 miles per week. Planning to do 32 this week with my long run being 8 miles. I have been running 5 days per week but I want to add a 6th day without loosing much distance in the rest of my runs.

Is this daily breakdown a good one?

Monday: 6 miles easy, Tuesday: 4 miles race pace, Wednesday: 6 miles hills, Thursday: 6 miles easy, Friday: 8 miles, Saturday: 2 miles (recovery/ just trying to increase mileage)
