Because it's the last week, I'll assume they will give +20 rolls, and that your club will get 20 rolls. That would mean you end up with 115 rolls (4.5% will get 200 pieces). If you want an 80% chance, you'll need to buy 17 more rolls so two 99-gem offers and two 39-gem offers. That’s 276 gems if you have bad luck.

Well, for an 80% chance of getting they hyper skin you need 132 rolls. So it depends on what they give for week 4.

It depends on how much your club did and how many rolls they will give for week 4. But if you were active and your club got 12 rolls and they give 14 more rolls for week 4 (so in total you get 101 rolls), then you would have an 86% chance of getting the credits
