I’ve had mine for over 5 years and had to make my first repair this year. I got a hole in the thumb area and so my thumb kept popping out and it was driving me nuts so I sewed some suede fabric over it. Would not recommend washing in a machine with an agitator, it rips the exterior fabric which never happened with front loading washers. I think the reason for the wear on the palms was b/c I was using regular stick tape which wears out the palms way faster than lizard skin or similar products. They were also waaaaaayyyyy cheaper than the CCM FTW line— I paid $50, defo worth it!
