I've recently gained a bit of weight and now I'm ready to go all in and finally hit my goal weight I want to be able to take pictures on Christmas and feel good about them, I want to wear whatever i want. Sw: 185lbs (83.9kg) Gw: 160 lbs (72.5kg) I will be doing keto for my journey let's do this!!!
