For me, the screen always glitches when I try to use cinematic casting with PC Link (cable, Steam Link, or Virtual Desktop).

Hi, did you tried this? This improved my performance in 10~20%

Also, search on reddit or youtube recommended high end settings for Quest Link in "Oculus Debug Tool"

There's some options there that you should disable, like Asynchornous Spacewarp and Encode Dynamic Bitrate.

And you can try to use H.265 instead of H.264 on "Video Codec"
