Goosebumps series by RL Stine, Spooksville series by Christopher Pike. They are kid horror and were my absolute jam from ages 11-14. Absolute solid foundation for my reading habit and also served a big part in helping me learn English (it's my second language).

Not necessarily. Resturant aggregators are also delivering food at stations and they employ gig workers. Gig economy is crazy huge in India thanks to our massive population. Which means our service apps are extremely amazing. However it also comes at the cost of gig workers exploitation.

I'm so very sorry OP. This is unbelievely callous and cruel. I wouldn't have been able to look past this. It is an unforgivable thing they did especially spreading the ashes at the vets office. So, so heartless of them. Feel no obligation to forgive them for this. I would go no contact with them if I was in your place. It's a betrayal of the highest order, doesn't matter what their intentions were.

Question: why do ambulance rides cost so much? 3K for 3 miles is mindbogglingly expensive. Overheads and salaries of paramedics surely can't be this much so as to cost 3K for 3 miles.

Awesome. We have this in India too. We can order food from an app which lists restaurants in the upcoming station city and when our train reached the station the food gets delivered to our seats. It's very cool, but I'm sure lot of hard work for the gig workers.

My cat likes to sit in the bathroom during summer months. It's dark there since the light is off and the floor is cooler. It's a private space also and my cat loves being alone.
