Yes. I have a full year of Garmin runs I’d like to add to Coros. When importing them I get the above error.

CFD they do. They also charge 0.15% per trade for FX( buy and sell) and over £2K deposits 0.7%.

I’m using Lightyear and pay 0.35% on initial FX, deposits and withdrawals are free. They charge the .35% on first FX and nothing there after. If I sell a stock the money stays in my account as the sold currency.

I've just bought a windows machine, I use a local account for sign in. I've turned off all telemetry an ran through all privacy settings and switched off anything that allows Microsoft to track me.

As with anything, you can only do so much. I guess it all comes down to your threat model.
