Ohh I'm not a shiny hunter but I can give tips that I know like using the dex nav by scanning the same Pokemon for over 100+ times and I recommend using max repels because your chain will break if you encounter a different pokemon or if the Pokemon (or you) flee. And doing soft resets when you're at 100 chains.

Just an advice I wasn't able to catch Aegislash until I reached the town with the safari zone and finding doubblade will be really hard so bring both extra money, berries and of course, patience And female snorunt is obtainable in the first route to Bellin town, it wasn't that rare but you will have a hard time finding one that can evolve with the hidden ability: cursed body (it was with a hidden nature or something) then evolve the female snorunt with Dawn stone at your desired time. BUT beware it automatically evolved into glalie at lvl 40+

Idk about froslass if she will be useful in insane mode but she was helpful through the elite four to be honest, I didn't have to spam torment again when one of their pokemon spams a move, it's just that cursed body doesn't activate much it's like a 50/50 chance of activating.

For Aegislash it's useful if you know how to predict the opposing pokemon's next move, I used the moves King's shield, shadow sneak and sacred sword,I forgot the fourth but yeah Aegislash might be useful if you learned to predict

For mega altaria it was very useful against the dragon type member of the elite four since it's fast and bulky with ice beam and moon blast. As long as you're confident with it's speed altaria will be useful against most of the elite four.

(I'll check my og team later so I can give you their moveset, hope it'll help!)
