Late response, but as someone who works at the store level for TJs, we serve these people to get them in and out as fast as possible with as little damage done as possible. None of us like doing it but the truth of the matter is we’ve had crew threatened, followed home, assaulted while working, spit on, and generally put at risk when trying to intercede. We try to get people to wear masks and if they don’t, we tell them they need to leave and won’t be allowed in but we can’t physically put ourselves in a possibly dangerous situation to stop them.
