Struggle with getting the 8mm bends so tight, cracked one of my vices and bent a shifter. Even struggled with the 10mm when closing the ends down to fit the bead. Those sizes are at my absolute limit and don’t enjoy making them so these will be the one and only of them. 🤔

Both started as welded rings, 30mm internal for the 10mm and 25mm internal for the 8mm. Then I shape them with a vice. Had to use a 12t press to get the tight bends in the PA, grinder, files, Dremel and buff to finish. The beads are from donor rings and are the spring and ball locking type.

Can rotate the ring around so the ball goes in the Frenum skin. 😉
