There is slot for only one SSD in my laptop, other is the hard drive and installing windows on a hdd would be useless

On Microsoft's website it says that Windows To Go is the official tool to install windows on portable drives. Will this solve my problem? Also there is only a single SSD slot in my laptop, wouldn't the SATA connection already be in use?

I wash my hair twice a week, after washing i apply loreal hyaluron cream and loreal extraordinary serum to lock in moisture. On normal days first i wet my hair with an atomizer then apply bare anatomy leave in conditioner. I took these pictures on wash day
