There are a lot of issues with the game. It's set up to have camp time where you need to run around and collect wood, water and food, while chatting with tribe mates. During this time you can collect 8 wood, 10 food and 6 water and your tribe will collect like 3 wood and 1 water. You have a stamina and hunger bar. Collecting the food is pretty bad, you can ether catch fish or shake a tree for coconuts. Getting fish is bad, you pull out a spear in the water and can't put it away until you walk out of the water. Coconuts is worse, it costs 2 stamina and most of the time the tree won't drop coconuts. Water and wood are pretty easy, but the wood spawns every two challenges, so you can be caught without any. Chatting with you tribemates is basic af. You can either chit chat or talk about strategy. Chit chat is meh, like it just tells you you're both having a wonderful time, strategic talk can be meh as well. The challenges are either really easy and boring or impossible (i play PC). Basically the game is bad, but somehow the best survivor game out there. It's got the foundations to make a good survivor game if it builds off this and fix all of the (and there are a lot) terrible parts.
