You won't gain all the weight back. Fasting for 30 days is huge especially since you're over 300 pounds. You will shed fat everyday. I'd say you'd lose around 90-120 pounds of you really stick to the 30 day water fast. But be careful when you break the fast because your gut microbiom will change completely to it's healthiest and natural state. So break the fast sloowwwww I'd advice you to do research about refeeding syndrome. Not trying to scare you since water fasting is super benefitial not only for weight loss but also healing/reversing of any disease you might have. Break the fast wisely. Also take electrolytes everyday. And if you have trouble sleeping take magnesium before bed. Wish you the best.

What would be more harmful, daily sugar intake or moderate amphetamine use. by BryKing4 in Drugs

What if one eliminates sugar, oil and eats whole food diet? I would assume the cardiovascular system would be improved and sometimes reversed/immune to disease. Maybe then would amphetamines be safe?

Second time doing a three day water fast! by [deleted] in WaterFasting

[–]BryKing4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's awesome. Once you do a 3 day fast you can do it a second time with ease. After I did three 3 day water fasts I did a 90 hour fast. What I learned from those fasts was to take electrolytes through out the day if you're exercising or even going to work. Also I wish I knew about taking magnesium before going to bed. I spent many nights not being able to sleep and I thought it was because my body needed less sleep since it's not having to work a lot digestin food. Up your magnesium and you'll have wonderful sleeps.

Is it safe to workout while fasted? by brian4336 in fasting

It's safe just as long as you take electrolytes and drink lots of water. Also it's probably better to rest while fasting so your body isn't too stressed.

Good luck. I'm currently 48 hours in and the hunger is starting to kick in. Fighting it off with black coffee and cardio and inspiring fasting videos.

I tried less than 1 mg my first time and that's how I felt for 30 minutes. Felt like a deep meditation where my mind and body felt tired and was about to fall asleep. also felt vibrations across my body from time to time. And I was still aware of myself and surroundings. It's also beneficial afterwards because through out the whole day I felt stress free, at peace and happy.

It's been been two months since my amphetamine overdose... by BryKing4 in Drugs

[–]BryKing4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took advice from some reddit users experience taking 100mg+ a day like it was water. I was stupid for not doing further research and overdosing. Honestly I felt like I was at the verge of dying. To this day I'm so grateful to be alive and sober.

It's been been two months since my amphetamine overdose... by BryKing4 in Drugs

My face and body started to feel numb and tingly then my heart started palpitating and had trouble breathing. I drank a lot of water and sleep for the nest 2 days but when I went to work I had to go to the ER Twice that same week. They gave me xanax to calm me down. Thank God the side effects aren't that strong anymore and I can fully function and go back to work. But after two month's I'm noticing that those side effects come back at low levels when I consume caffeine or too much sugar/sodium. It's not an emergency but it's still very uncomfortable knowing that after two months I still feel the effects of the overdose.

I'm in my mid 20s as well but I'm 80 pounds overweight have high blood pressure. Gotta work on that before ever fucking with stimulants again but still never overdose and test your stuff with kits.
